[ TRAIN ] Stations is a full body group fitness class done on a “train track”, 5-10 exercise stations. Class is started with a dynamic warm up designed to activate your muscles and your “mental muscles” to empower you throughout the workout. After the warm up, there are 3 rounds around the train track. Once all 3 rounds are complete, the workout ends with a bang, a 2-minute challenge that pushes you further out of your comfort zone. Once you’ve pushed yourself completely out of your comfort zone, you are put at ease by the “restorative stretching” cool-down. It’s guaranteed you’ll leave class feeling accomplished, empowered, and even more determined to go after your goals. This class is for men and women of all shapes, sizes, and colors; no one left behind.
